Morgan Schuler is a 3rd year English and Communication double major at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is originally from San Diego, California, where she fostered a love of reading and writing at a young age. She has worked a number of jobs throughout her life, such as secretary, restaurant hostess, and theater stagehand. She hopes to one day work as a writer or in the publishing industry where she can turn her love of literature into a full time career.

In her spare time, Morgan enjoys reading, writing, outdoor activities such as hiking, and traveling. She hopes to travel through Europe the summer before her senior year, and plans to live abroad for a year teaching English following her graduation. Morgan is very excited for the rest of her time at UCSB, and hopes to learn as much about literature as she can during the rest of her undergraduate career.
